Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your e-mail, handle, display name and short bio.
• Content: the tabs you open (title, note, category, visibility, attached links), comments and support reactions.
• Usage: in-app events (e.g. app open, tab created/closed, paywall view) and your device push token.

We collect no face data, location, contacts or photos. Our AI features involve no facial recognition or biometric processing.

AI features

If you explicitly opt in to "Talk to Ember" and mind analysis, your tab titles, notes and chat messages are sent through fal.ai to model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) solely to generate responses; they are not intended for permanent storage there. If you decline, none of your data is sent to AI services. You can withdraw consent anytime in the app's Settings.

Retention & deletion

Data is stored on Supabase (EU region, eu-central-1) while your account is active. To delete your account, e-mail kaan@yildizkan.com; your account and all content are permanently deleted within 30 days.

Third parties

• Supabase — database & authentication
• fal.ai and model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) — AI responses, only with your consent
• RevenueCat & Apple — subscription management and payment (we never see your payment details)
• Expo — push notification delivery

We never sell or share your data for advertising. You may exercise your GDPR/KVKK rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection) via the e-mail above.
